What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product, typically 500 to 1,000 KG for raw salt and 200 to 300 units for lamps and decor. Bulk industrial orders are quoted by the container.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, sample kits are available for new accounts. Mention this when you submit a quote request and we will include shipping options for the sample.
Do you offer private label packaging?
Yes, for orders over the standard MOQ we can print your branding, barcode, and compliance labeling on pouches, jars, and cartons.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on product and order size, generally 2 to 5 weeks from confirmed order to container loading. We confirm an exact date with every quote.
Which ports do you ship from?
Shipments are loaded FOB from Karachi Port or Port Qasim. We can also arrange CIF pricing to most major destination ports on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically work on a deposit plus balance-on-shipment basis via bank transfer or letter of credit for larger orders. Terms are confirmed per contract.
